Creative Andalusian cuisine in Marbella

Bibo Marbella has a distinctive touch of French, Italian, Peruvian, Castilian and Mediterranean cuisine throughout its menu.

Dani Garcia's creativity is limitless. All dishes are well presented with a fantastic combination of flavours and textures.

A favourite is the Bipolar sole where raw meets cooked in the same dish. Two dishes in one, all executed to perfection. Delicate new style sashimi balanced with a more rustic salt and pepper sole served on a platter of fried fish bones.

Bipolar sole - Lemon sole in two methods. 1/2 Usuzukuri with ponzu and 1/2 fried sole with salt and pepper

Gillardeau No. 2 oyster with warm potato puree with Pimenton and extra virgin olive oil

Gillardeau No. 2 oyster with dark dashi with grapefruit

Seabass flower - sashimi of wild seabass shaped like a flower seasoned with yuzu, ginger and soy

Crispy Robuchon Prawns - prawns in Sanlucar wrapped in basil

Fried Rock and Rolls - beef and foie gras spring roll with ginger and vegetables

Hand carved Iberico Ham

Bibo is situated within a beautiful courtyard terrace overlooking Dani Garcia's Michelin-star fine dining and Japanese restaurants. A sophisticated and relaxed ambiance in the gardens with a creative menu curated to the season by Dani Garcia.

We will certainly be back again to Bibo and perhaps try Dani Garcia's other restaurants across Spain.
