A surprising location in a non-descript office building in Wan Chai is where Bo Innovation, Alvin Leung’s homage to extreme and deconstructed Chinese cuisine resides.

Alvin’s innovative approach in taking traditional Chinese dishes to new heights is expressive with emphasis on individual flavours of each of the ingredients. Whether it’s the lunch chef menu or the dinner tasting menu, each of the dishes are delivered with style, finesse and power.

Signature dishes not to be missed;

Black truffle "cheung fun – a dish of pan fried rice crepe rolls with solid pieces of black truffle embedded within each delicate fold.

Pan fried foie gras, white miso, lettuce wrap - a delicate bundle of goodness of succulent seared foie gras sitting on a bed of crispy rice noodles.

"har gau" black truffle XO - a beautiful marriage between the spiciness of XO and the savouriness of the black truffle.

Deep Fried Cuttlefish with Kaffir Lime Sauce - crunchy and zesty citrus notes.

Slow cooked suckling pig in Chinese vinegar – melt-in-your-mouth pork cooked in traditional Chinese flavours

French quail ‘Beggar Style’ - a classic Chinese dish made with a French twist.
