Having worked in London's Locanda Locatelli and Nobu, Chef Cassanelli brings his contemporary flare to Tuscan cuisine at Lux Lucis in the Hotel Principe Forte dei Marmi, the Hamptons of Italy.

Situated on the rooftop terrace of the Hotel Principe, Lux Lucis has a relaxed yet sophisticated atmosphere with a stunning backdrop of the marbled Apuane mountains in the distance.
